I just want KD

Meal planning is exhausting. Sure tonight’s chili was tasty but what do I make tomorrow.

The avocados aren’t ripe yet so a recipe using them is out. There’s been too much red meat so maybe something involving chicken might be nice. What vegetable though? This internal dialogue never ends — I think I may need medication.

When I was growing up there were about 6 or so different meals in our family’s repertoire but now I have this misguided idea that I need to be ever inventive.

Sometimes I just want some Kraft Macaroni and Cheese — and not that new cauliflower nuttiness.
