I bought a slow cooker a few months ago but it’s been sitting in the box. It was — I thought — a purchasing error.
Until today.
Today I pulled it out of the box and had a good look at it.
I’m ready.
Tomorrow I am making a vegetable stew.
Yes, I really am.
I have no idea how it will taste but from everything I’ve read it is really hard to screw up a slow cooker stew.
We’ll see. I’ve screwed up salads.
I’ll let you know how it goes.
Either I’ll have some nice food for lunch next week or I’ll be composting in my garage.
