I have never in my life dealt with such an inept person. I had to leave work early to go to my (soon to be former) financial institution to figure why someone lost documents and forgot to order the appraisal on a condo that closes on Monday.

I was even more annoyed when the appraiser called this evening and didn’t know the address of the condo and many other pertinent details the bank (actually Mr. Inept) should have told him.
Most importantly he didn’t understand the gravity of the situation….this is urgent. The appraisal can’t be done on Monday. The documents were due today. Today!
I will be making an appointment with the bank manager. If I did my job this badly I would hang my head in shame.
I’m not going to write the name of the bank or Mr. Inept’s name on my blog yet. But if this is not settled tomorrow I am going to unleash the SERIOUS PR.
I hope things work out. How do these people hold a job with such incompetence?
The mortgage closed a day late. I am going to do everything in my power to pursue this matter. The bank will pay for the extra fees — the inept person already agreed to this after I spoke sternly to him but he can’t do this without permission. There will be a meeting with his manager.
