Facebook seems like a tool of endless nostalgia. It encourages looking back and wondering about people who dropped out of your life in a way that I don’t always think is healthy.

I am thinking more like you each day. Facebook is starting to weird me out…yet I feel drawn to it.
Yeah, it’s strange. I’ve found out that friends I knew in school are now divorced through facebook. I’ve been snubbed by the occasional friend of an ex (even a guy I visited in England after the break up) and by the odd old classmate.
Overall, I find it makes me think about people I was perfectly happy not thinking about. It’s a bit like a virtual time machine coupled with a high school reunion.
