I’ll be back soon. No, nothing is up….all is well. I was just away for a bit. And my wrists are sore from some terrible golf swings…so too much typing hurts.
But I think it’s time to write something…I gonna think of some new topics.

I enjoy dining out much more than I enjoy cooking. This is still true despite the fact that I have ramped up my kitchen skills in the last few months.
Today I’d like to share a new restaurant find: El Rincon Mexican Restaurant.
I love New Mexican and Mexican food — they’re different but equally wonderful.
No one goes to El Rincon for the decor — it’s quite cheesy and outdated — but the food is really good. (Only about half as good as the Guadalajara Grill but still!)
I did not enjoy my Ceviche Veracruzano as much I expected but everything else was delicious.
I am still on the hunt for good Mexican food so I’d love some additional local suggestions.
